Verify your age
Open the app and select Get Verified. Complete verification before trying to connect your PACHA device.
- 1Enter your mobile phone number.
- 2Upload a valid government-issued photo ID.
- 3Take a selfie to confirm your identity.

Puff to Power-On
Inhale through the mouthpiece once to power on your PACHA and make it discoverable through Bluetooth.
- 1Look for a flashing device light.
- 2From Home, choose Connect Device.
- 3Select PACHA or Vape. If unavailable, choose Other.
- 4Select your device and tap Connect Device.
A green power icon and “Device connected” confirm activation.

Device not connected?
Inhale through the mouthpiece again, confirm the device light is flashing, keep the device close to your phone, then refresh or reopen the device list.
